Bonnie Wright & David Thewlis ‘Separate We Come, Separate We Go’ First Set Photo!

The first set photo has been released for Bonnie Wright’s directorial debut film, Separate We Come, Separate We Go official Twitter page!

The first pic features actor David Thewlis chatting Bonnie and the young costar Emily Dunham on set. The short film will debut at the Graduate BAFTAs later this year.

What is Separate We Come, Separate We Go short film about?  Is the story of a 10-year-old girl who is neglected by her manic depressive mother. One morning she runs away and finds solace and a new sense of freedo in the beautiful landscape of her coastal town. She survives thanks to the kindness of strangers and befriends an old man who spends his time strolling along the waterfront and the dusty coastal paths.

The film portrays the poignant story of a child’s emotional and physical journey across the glorious landscape of East Sussex. Regions that are intended to cover are: Camber Sands, Rye Harbour, Winchelsea beach, Lydd, Dungeness and Dymchurch.
