Hulu Announces Fall Premiere Dates

Hulu has announced their Fall 2017 programming slate from September to December, including The Mindy Project Season 6 and Marvel’s RUNAWAYS.

Here’s the full programming down below:

THE MINDY PROJECT

It’s sixth and final season premieres on Tuesday, September 12.

Starring Mindy Kaling, Ed Weeks, Ike Barinoltz, Beth Grant, Xosha Roquemore, and Fortune Feimster.

Created and executive produced by Kaling. Executive producers on the show includes showrunner Matt Warburton, Howard Klein, Charlie Grandy and Michael Spiller.The series is a Universal Television Production in association with 3 Arts Entertainment.

After five seasons of The Mindy Project, Mindy’s bagged herself a husband. Sure, an impulsive elopement wasn’t the fairy tale wedding of her dreams, but now it’s finally time to see what comes after “I do.” But it’s hard for Mindy (Kaling) to settle down as a married lady when there’s so much juicy drama at Shulman and Associates! As Jeremy (Weeks) and Anna (Rebecca Rittenhouse) navigates the uncertainties of a new relationship, Tamra (Roquemore) signs on to be Lahiri Fertility’s newest (and top-secret) patient. And as The Mindy Project‘s hilarious final season draws to a close, will Morgan (Barinholtz), Jody (Garret Dillahunt) and the rest of the doctors and nurses find their happily ever after? And will Mindy decide that “having it all” is really all she ever wanted?

 

CHANCE

It’s 10-episode second season premieres on Wednesday, October 11.

Starring Hugh Laurie, Ethan Suplee, Stefania Owen, Greta Lee, Clarke Peters, Brian Goodman and Paul Schneider.

From FOX 21 Studios, the series is executive produced by Alexandra Cunningham, Kem Nunn, Laurie, Michael London, Lenny Abrahamson, Nelson McCormick, Jonas Pate and Brian Grazer.

Eldon Chance (Laurie), the paper pushing neuropsychiatrist has given way to a different kind of pusher– a man willing to push back at the broken system. When he is coerced into helping Detective Hynes take down a serial killer, Chance finds himself ‘laying in the nest’ of the killer, in a dangerous game to prove the man guilty. His reckless behavior also puts him at odds with D (Suplee), who has begun to question the black and white nature of his own vigilantism. When the walls of the system collapse in on him, Chance is forced to reassess his life’s work and questions if violence is really the answer.

 

I LOVE YOU, AMERICA

This season 1 of 10 episodes premieres on Thursday, October 12

From Funny or Die and executive produced by Sarah Silverman, Adam McKay, Will Ferrell, Amy Zvi, Gavin Purcell and Joe Farrell.

From inciting treason to telling poop jokes, Sarah Silverman has created her fair share of online chatter. With I LOVE YOU, AMERICA, she’s looking to connect with people who may not agree with her personal opinions through honesty, humor, genuine interest in others, and not taking herself too seriously. While it’s great to connect with like-minded people, Silverman feels it’s crucial, now more than ever, to connect with un-like minded people.

 

FREAKISH

This second season of 10 episodes premieres on Wednesday, October 18.

Starring Leo Howard, Liza Koshy, Adam Hicks, Tyler Chase, Meghan Rienks and Mlevin Gregg reprisng their roles. They’re joined by Brant Daughtery, Ryan McCartan, Saxon Sharbino, Niki DeMartino, Jordan Calloway, Amanda Steele, Tari Gabrielle, Arden Cho, Joy Osmanski, Crawford Collins and Jake Busey.

Created by Beth Szymkowski who return as executive producer alongside Shelley Zimmerman, Chris Grismer, Kay Riendl, Erin Maher, Brian Robbins, Joe Davola, and Brett Bouttier. The series is produced by Awesomeness TV.

In season 2, the Kent High School students are still trapped inside by the deadly explosion and will find their relationships tested when a new group of survivors arrives. Friendships will be lost, enemies made, and ventures outside into the dangerous unknown will present life and death stakes for the students.

 

TOO FUNNY TO FAIL

This documentary premieres on Saturday, October21.

Starring Dana Carvey, Robert Smigel, Steve Carell, Stephen Colbert, Jon Glaser and Robert Carlock.

Written and directed by Josh Greenbaum. Christopher Leggett, Rafael Marmor and Greenbraum produce.

OBEY GIANT

This documentary premieres on Saturday, November 11.

A film profiling the life and work of artist Shepard Fairey, going deep into the world of street art and its role in politics and pop culture. Obey Giant follows Fairey’s rise from his roots in punk rock and skateboarding, to his role as one of the most well-known and influential street artists in the world – through his iconic Obama “HOPE” poster and the controversy that surrounds it.

 

FUTURE MAN

This series of 13 episodes premieres on Tuesday, November 14.

Starring Josh Hutcherson, Eliza Coupe, Derek Wilson, Haley Joel Osment, Keith David, Glenne Headly and Ed Begley Jr.

FUTURE MAN Josh Hutcherson (The Hunger Games) as “Josh Futturman,” a janitor by day/gamer by night who is recruited by mysterious visitors to travel through time in order to prevent the extinction of humanity.

 

MARVEL’S RUNAWAYS

This series of ten episodes premieres on Tuesday, November 21.

Starring Rhenzy Feliz, Lyrica Okano, Virginia Gardner, Ariela Barer, Gregg Sulkin, Allegra Acosta, Annie Wersching, Ryan Sands, Angel Parker, Ever Carradine, James Marsters, Kevin Weisman, Brigid Brannagh, James Yaegashi, Brittany Ishibashi, and Kip Pardue.

Adapted from the comics by Brian K. Vaughn and executive produced by Josh Schwartz, Stephanie Savage, Jeph Loeb and Jim Chory. Marvel’s Runaways is produced by Marvel Television and ABC Signature.

Every teenager thinks their parents are evil. What if you found out they actually were? Marvel’s Runaways is the story of six diverse teenagers who can barely stand each other but who must unite against a common foe – their parents.

 

SHUT EYE

This season 2 of ten episodes premieres on Wednesday, December 6.

Starring Jeffrey Donovan, KaDee Strickland, Isabella Rossellini, Susan Misner, Angus Sampson, David Zayas, Dylan Schmidt and Havana Guppy.

With their future uncertain, Charlie (Donovan) and Linda (Strickland) now more than ever need to completely trust one another, but that’s never been easy for these two unrelenting con-artists. The Marks family faces similar uncertainty as their home has quite literally been taken from them. This season everyone struggles to find their true “home.”

 

EAST LOS HIGH: FINALE EVENT

The fifth and final season premieres on Friday, December 1.

Starring Danielle Vega, Prince Royce, Alexandra Rodriguez and Carlito Olivero.

From Wise Entertainment, the series is created by Kathleen Bedoya and Carlos Portugal. Katie Elmore Mota, Mauricio Mota and Kathleen Bedoya executive produce.

The long-awaited return of East Los High has arrived with a Finale Event that bids farewell to the highly acclaimed and Emmy-nominated original television series. Season four left fans on the edge of their seats with the most shocking cliffhangers in the show’s history.
