Construction Begins on ‘AQUAMAN’s Lighthouse Home For Solo Film

Production is currently underway for the upcoming and anticipated AQUAMAN movie, but Gold Coast Bulletin has news regarding the construction of the Curry family lighthouse. Construction on that location is set up at Hasting Point in New South Whales, which is coincidentally known as a famous whale watching spot. You can click HERE to see the photos of the construction!

An icon for over 75 years, Aquaman is known by fans of DC Comics as the ruler of Atlantis who is also committed to protecting the entire globe, both land and sea. Shooting is currently underway at Australia, with extensive filming to be accomplished at Village Roadshow Studios. Filming will also take place in Newfoundland, Sicily and Tunisia.

Also starring Willem Dafoe as Nuidis Vulko, Temeura Morrison as Tom Curry, Dolph Lundgren as Nereus, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II as Black Manta, Ludi Lin as Murk, Patrick Wilson as Orm/Ocean Master, Nicole Kidman as Atlanna and Michael Beach as Jesse Kane.

Directed by Wan from a script by Will Beall, Geoff Johns and Wan. Peter Safran produces. Zack Snyder, Deborah Snyder, Rob Cowan, Jon Berg and Johns executive produce.

Aquaman hits theaters on December 21, 2018. However, audiences will get to see Aquaman in action on Justice League and Heard is also set to make her debut as Mera in the film on November 17.
