June 13, 2017

Sherlock 4x02

Sherlock and The Hobbit star Martin Freeman is set to executive produce PARADISE LOST, an upcoming TV adaption of John Milton’s epic 17th century pem. It’s possible that Freeman might also star.

No writers or network is attached as of yet, but discussions for potential UK and US partners are currently underway. Framestore is on board to handle visual effects.

Laurence Bowen, CEO of Dancing Ledge said:

“PARADISE LOST is like a biblical GAME OF THRONES transporting the reader into an internecine world of political intrigue and incredible violence. At stake? The future of mankind. There’s never been a better time for big, original, bold drama series, and Martin and I both feel incredibly inspired by the material.”

Freeman said:

“PARADISE LOST is epic, exciting, and surprisingly modern. And maybe the first time the devil gets all the best tunes!”

Dancing Ledge, a London based production company is also developing a US series, SUPER SENSITIVE with Transparent writer Faith Soloway, from Mark Gatiss in the works.
