There Might Not Be A Season 4 of ‘FARGO’
FX might have critical acclaim shows, but they are never in a hurry to make new seasons. Louis C.K with Louie, the second season of Atlanta will premiere this fall as Donald Glover is filming the upcoming Han Solo film, and now it seems like FARGO might also have some problems.
While FARGO features creative genius Noah Hawley making his own take on the Coen Brothers film delivering two seasons, one in 2014 and 2015, and then taking a year long break before bringing the now airing season 3 this spring. However, FX Chief John Landgraf reveals that there might not be a season 4.
“There may never be another FARGO. Unless [creator Noah Hawley] has an idea for FARGO that he thinks he can make as good as the prior three. I think once people get to the end of this [season] they will find that it is thematically different. It’s really about the moment we live in now.”
This shouldn’t come as a big surprise, as Hawley has quite a busy schedule. He’s prepping for another series with the same network, LEGION season 2 and some feature film projects in development. So, if this is another overrated show ending too soon, prepare yourself.
