Universal has set Jordan Peele’s next film, an untitled social thriller for Friday, March 15, 2019.

Peele will write, direct and produce his next movie from an original idea under his Monkeypaw Productions banner. In addition to his Universal deal, he will also produce a number of titles for the studio, including micro-budget projects on which he will partner with Jason Blum.

Get Out has been a box office office after grossing $230 million worldwide. A socially-politically honor film, the film tells the story of a young African American man who visits his Caucasian girlfriend’s family for the first time, and learns that they’re an offbeat bunch of people. He has but no choice but to escape from their countryside house.
